The Power 90 is not as extreme as P90X. If you’re looking to step things up a bit, give this a try.
P90X is the next advancement in levels of extreme. This is what I personally started with. I got awesome results from it and I thought I was in decent shape when I started.
Insanity is just as it sounds. I would recommend this after going through the P90X program. It will be a much easier transition.
